Our Story
Rooted in Community, Growing with Purpose
Edmonton Mentor Network was founded on Treaty 6 territory with a clear purpose: to walk alongside children, youths, and adults of diverse backgrounds on their journey toward healing, stability, and independence. What began as a single residential home has grown into a comprehensive network of care spanning children's services, adult programs, and family wellness.
Today, we operate multiple locations across Edmonton, providing CAC-accredited, trauma-informed care to over 200 youth annually. Our approach is built on cultural safety, Elder involvement, and the belief that every young person deserves a chance to thrive.
With 24 licensed beds across our locations, 100+ dedicated staff, and a 95% staff retention rate, we continue to set the standard for Indigenous-centred care in Alberta.

Children's Services
Our Children's Services division provides around-the-clock residential care and group living for Indigenous youth. Every program is built on trauma-informed practice, cultural safety, and individualised care planning.
